What we collect

We do not run a contact form or collect anything automatically when you enquire — every conversation happens directly on WhatsApp, a service operated by Meta and governed by its own privacy policy. Whatever you choose to tell us there (your name, dates, number of guests and any message) is what we hold. We do not run advertising trackers on this website, and we do not sell or share your details with anyone beyond what is needed to answer you and host your stay.

Why we hold it

To reply to your enquiry, manage your booking, and meet the accounting and guest-registration obligations that apply to accommodation providers in Romania.

How long

Enquiries that do not become bookings are deleted within twelve months. Booking records are kept for as long as tax law requires, then removed.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Message us on WhatsApp and we will act within thirty days.
